Current Obsession: Lucite for Home.
Just a little eye candy of my new obsession with Lucite furniture, decorative accessories,... really anything lucite for the home. I have yet to find the perfect piece of lucite furniture, but when I do it will be my first furniture purchase for my next apartment! Stay tuned.

NYC THRIFT STORE LUCITE FINDS:
I have been doing a little bit of hunting after work these past few weeks but so far these are the only lucite items I have found.

Trend Alert: Green With Envy.
With colors so coveted at the moment, I thought I would do a post on one of my favorite colors of the moment- GREEN. Not only is it everywhere right now but its also one of the colors I seem to be lacking in my wardrobe. With that being said, I've been keeping my eyes peeled for anything that gets me giddy and green. Here's what I found...prepare to be green with envy.

Book of the Week.
I've been meaning to post this sweet sentiment of what use to be Domino Magazine- which was published monthly from 2005-2009. Unfortunately it was ceased in 2009 because of the economy (like everything else- thanks economy!) Lucky us, last month Domino published a special Quick Fixes edition of the magazine focusing on simple, inexpensive design ideas which will be released four times this year. Of course I bought it the first week it was released so I apologize for my late post. If you haven't had a chance to look through this lovely home style guide and decorator manual here is a sneak peak of its goodness. (They even have a website you can check out here.)
